Pet Policy

Fairmount North is a pet-friendly community where cats and dogs are welcome! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. Cat pet rent is $35 per month per cat and dog pet rent is $50 per month per dog. There is also a non-refundable $500 one-time fee required for each household with pets. There are no breed restrictions, but there is a 75 lb combined weight limit. We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
